Jewellery Care
Jewellery preservation
Please follow the instructions mentioned below on how to keep your jewellery to make it last even longer!
- Avoid exposure to scents, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, hair sprays etc
- Do not wear them while bathing, swimming
- Store each piece of jewellery separately in a cloth pouch to avoid entanglement, chipping or any scratches
- Take it off when going to bed
- Clean your jewellery with dry, soft cloth to maintain its shine
- Do not use Soap, Toothpaste, Sanitizer to clean your jewellery
- Jewellery should be the last thing to put on and first thing to take off
.
We recommend keeping your jewellery (including gold-plated and gold-filled pieces) as dry as possible as this will help prolong the longevity of your pieces, and retain their colour and shine.

.
How to store your SYS Jewellery
Jewellery should be stored away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag
or in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti tarnish strip. Try to keep pieces apart so they don’t rub together.

Important note
-Please note that your jewelry will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewelry regularly, using a professional jewelry cleaning product. This can prolong the shine and condition of most jewellery, but tarnishing will still occur over time, especially on alloy-based jewellery with no gold-plating.
The speed at which the jewelry fades will depend on multiple factors, including (and not limited to) the chemical level of your skincare products, level of perspiration, and even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you pay special attention to the care of your gold-plated jewelry.
