Please follow the instructions mentioned below on how to keep your jewellery to make it last even longer!

  • Avoid exposure to scents, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, hair sprays etc
  • Do not wear them while bathing, swimming
  • Store each piece of jewellery separately in a cloth pouch to avoid entanglement, chipping or any scratches 
  • Take it off when going to bed
  • Clean your jewellery with dry, soft cloth to maintain its shine
  • Do not use Soap, Toothpaste, Sanitizer to clean your jewellery
  • Jewellery should be the last thing to put on and first thing to take off

We recommend keeping your jewellery (including gold-plated and gold-filled pieces) as dry as possible as this will help prolong the longevity of your pieces, and retain their colour and shine.

We are currently shipping all over India. We ship internationally to UAE but extra shipping charges may apply for international orders .

Personalised items are made to order and take the stipulated time to dispatch as mentioned on the product page. These orders will not be cancelled once placed.

International Shipping

We Ship all across India and UAE .

Shipping time: For orders of non personalised orders it should reach within 6-7 days. For orders containing personalized items it would be approximately 10-15 days. *However this can vary based on local customs and clearance.

At Shop Your Statement, we take great care in crafting and packaging your jewelry. Each piece goes through quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Replacement:

Replacement is offered only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.

The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Please Note:

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or dislike after delivery.

Personalized or customized jewelry is non-replaceable unless damaged during transit.

How to Request a Replacement:

in within 12 hours.

2. Share your order number and unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

3. Once approved, we will dispatch a replacement at the earliest.

Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 12 hours of receipt. Please do  not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Sale items
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error.

We do not offer refunds at Shop Your Statement.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are happy to provide a replacement.

Please inform us within 12 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video and proof of purchase.

Refunds are only approved in rare cases (if replacement is not possible), and will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Note:

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike, courier delays, or sale items.
